The phone number is lost or has expired

1. If your mobile phone number is lost, it is recommended that you contact your telephone operator to restore the same phone number for you.

2. If you can log into your account, you can change your phone number in your account settings.

It is recommended to enable two-step verification.

3. If the SIM card is lost and cannot be reissued,

you can provide the following information:

① Your Kivo phone number with country code ② Screenshot of receipt/document from your carrier confirming you are the owner ③ Screenshot of your ID

Please include the following statement:

We may delete your original account after verifying your relevant information and ensure that the relevant information is kept confidential.

If you receive this SIM card later, you will have a new account after logging in.
