How to delete an account
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account & Security > Delete Kivo Account.
Note:
1. Enter the phone number you used to register associated with your account (omit the leading "0"). Do not use spaces or special characters (eg dashes, parentheses).
2. For iOS, you will need to enter your iPhone's passcode to complete the process.
3. Deleting your account will delete all chat history, contacts and other data and cannot be recovered.
4. If we detect any suspicious login attempts, we will temporarily disable the account deletion feature for 7 days to protect your account.
