Unable to receive verification code

For security reasons, a verification code can only be sent via SMS/call after receiving a request from your phone.

If you are having trouble receiving your verification code, it may be caused by:

1. There is a problem with the network connection, so the SMS was sent with a delay.

Please enter your phone number later and request the verification code again with a better network.

2. Permission for SMS/calls.

Please check if your phone allows Kivo SMS/calling permission in your phone settings.

3. The SMS/call was blocked by your phone.

You can enter the blocked SMS list to see if an SMS with a verification code has been entered there.

If yes, unlock it and try again.

4. Your SMS verification limit has reached its limit.

Please try again the next day or send verification messages as per the note on the login page.

5. A VPN can help if your network is limited.

6. Keep your Kivo number active.

If you are leaving the country where your SIM card is located, contact your SIM card provider to obtain international roaming service.

7. If the device is linked to multiple numbers, for security reasons the verification code request will not be processed.

If the problem is not resolved for more than 24 hours and excludes the situations mentioned above,

you can send us feedback as below:

'Apply for additional verification of absence of OTP for more than 1 day'.
