Problems logging in during registration
1. Login using illegal Kivo app/legacy Kivo Alpha app is prohibited.
You can reinstall Kivo from Google Play Store/App Store and try again.
2. Frequent account deletion and registration with the same number are prohibited.
If you have deleted your account frequently, we recommend that you do not do so and try again after 1 month.

Please update your Kivo in Google Play Store/App Store. You will then be able to receive the latest notification about your account status on the login page.
