Chat history has disappeared
If you can't find part of your chat history,
check the following:
1. Disappearing Message If you have enabled disappearing message, chats between you and another chat participant will be automatically deleted after a preset timer.
To change your disappearing message settings, - Enter a chat window into your chat list - Click the [...] button in the top right corner - Select [Disappearing Message] - Change the disappearing message timer or turn off this feature.
2. Chat history has been deleted. In some cases, another chat participant may have deleted the messages they sent, so you may no longer be able to find their chat history.
3. Auto-delete history Kivo stores chat history for three months. Three months of chat history will disappear automatically.
4. Uploaded chat history If you forget to click the “Click to load history” icon
, your chat history may not be fully displayed. Tap the icon and try again.
5. Recovered Account If you ever deleted your account and resumed it, it can only resume your profile, contact list, large groups and blacklist.
It's a pity that chat and other records cannot be restored.
6. Unknown Login Your chat history may have been deleted due to unknown access to your account.
To check if there is an unfamiliar device logging into your account, you can find "X devices online" at the top of your home page - remove the unfamiliar device.
To remove an unknown device:
- Log in to your profile page - Settings - Account and security - Device management - Delete unknown device device@@KIVOSEP@@7. Error If the problem persists, you can contact us for help

- Login to your profile page - Help and Feedback - Click on the feedback center below - Turn on the bottom [Download Magazine] button - Send us feedback.
Note:
1. If you can't find the chat window to access the chat history you want to view, you can search for the contact in your contact list and enter a chat with the contact in his/her profile.
2. To keep track of an important conversation, you can tap on a chat window to pin it to your chat list.
