Network error
Resolve the problem as follows:
1. Reboot your phone
2. Go to the app store to update Kivo to the latest version
3. Reboot your Wi-Fi ①Android phone:
Open phone settings > WLAN > Restart WLAN ② IOS:
Go to your phone settings > Wi-Fi > Restart Wi-Fi. If your connected Wi-Fi is unstable, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. Or check if the Wi-Fi network is ok.
If a problem occurs, contact your network service provider's support team for technical support.
4. Restart mobile data ①Android:
Go to your phone's Settings > Mobile Network > Restart Mobile Data ② IOS:
Go to your phone's Settings > Cellular > Restart Cellular Data
5. Restart Kivo ① Android network connection:
Open your phone settings > Applications > Select Kivo > Data usage > Restart mobile data and WLAN ② IOS:
Open your phone settings > Select Kivo from the list of applications > Restart cellular data
6. Confirm whether there are still funds in your mobile phone account.
If payment is due, the network will be disconnected. You need to top up your account before you can continue using the mobile network.
7. In regions where a VPN is required for login, we are unable to support these settings.
You need to first purchase a VPN package from your service provider.
