How to change your phone number
Update Kivo to the latest version with more security and privacy.
Before you stop using your old phone number, log into Kivo with your old phone number and change it to your new phone number using
following the instructions below:
Log in to [Me] - Settings - Accounts & Security - Change Phone Number Then enter your old and new phone number and confirm it with the verification code.
After verification, the phone number will be successfully changed.
Note:
1. Avoid symbols, spaces or extra digits “0” between the country code and the phone number.
2. Changing your number in Kivo will delete the data for the new inactive number.
If the new number has recently been active, the system will prompt you to delete the new number before changing the number.
3. If you want to sign out of your current account, select Sign Out under [Accounts and Security].
4. If we detect an unusual login attempt to your account that appears suspicious, the Change Phone Number feature will be suspended for 7 days to protect your account.
5. If you can't login with your old phone number, it won't be able to change your phone number this way.
You are asked to register a new account.
