Failed to download/install Kivo

If you are unable to download or install Kivo, check

following:

1. Network Connection Make sure you have a strong network connection.

Recommended if you can connect to a Wi-Fi network.

If you don't have access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong mobile network connection.

For regions with limited network access (for example, Turkmenistan, Iran), try again with a VPN connection.

2. Storage Space If you don't have enough storage space on your device, it may prevent you from downloading and installing apps.

*Your device does not have enough space if:

a. You will receive a notification that you are low on storage space.

b. There is less than 1 GB of memory available on your device.

3. System Update If your device is running Android 2.2 or earlier, Google Play may not work properly and you may not be able to download Kivo.

To check for Android system updates:

a. Go to your phone [Settings]-[System]-[Advanced]-[System Update].

b. Follow the onscreen instructions to download or install updates.

4. Deleting Downloads If you have already installed Kivo and still have the Kivo apk file on your device, you can delete it and try downloading again.

5. Compatibility. Avoid installing unknown Kivo apk file provided by unofficial platform or third party.
