You are being harassed/insulted in a private chat
1. If you are bothered by messages/calls from unknown contacts, please log into their profile page - Click on the top right setting button [...] - Block/Delete contact.
*If you block a contact, he/she will not be able to message or call you.
2. In case of serious violations (including but not limited to pornography, fraud, blackmail, blood, gambling, drugs, etc.), you can report
this user in Kivo as shown below:
① Please login to his profile page - Click the [...] button in the top corner - [Report] ② Select the reason for the problem ③ Add chat entries by checking “√” in front of the wrong message/photo/video ④ Attach a relevant description and screenshots. ⑤ Click "√" to complete the report.
★ Step 2.3. The attached chat recordings are important and necessary, they will help us verify the violation.
3. To check if you were added by the wrong user:
>Click on the user's profile picture >Click the [...] button in the top corner >[Source: This friend added you from...]
Adviсe:
1. You can log into your profile page - Settings - Privacy - Change "Method for adding me".
2. To protect your account, please do not log in to an unknown device, click on malicious links, or enter a verification code.
