How to remove a password lock
If you are unable to reset your password using the Forgot Password option, try these methods to remove the lock. (Warning: This will permanently delete all confidential chats saved on this device. Proceed with caution.) For iOS: Uninstall and then reinstall Kivo.
For Android: Uninstall and then reinstall Kivo or clear the app data in your phone settings.
