Tips for Account Security and Privacy

It is recommended to upgrade Kivo for greater security, privacy and convenience.

1. Privacy issues

The account number is hidden by default except for the account owner. (DO NOT trust other people to reveal your number)

It is recommended to delete your Kivo account:

- Go to your profile page - Settings - Account & Security - Delete Kivo Account *Deleting your account will delete your account information and cannot be restored after 14 days.

Within 14 days, you will only be able to resume your profile, contact list, large groups and blacklist.

DO NOT log in to unfamiliar devices, click on unfamiliar links, share your verification code, or transfer ownership of your group to a stranger.

*Kivo official/bank will NEVER ask you to enter a verification code on Kivo.

2.3. Unauthorized account login.

You can remove unnecessary devices through the Kivo app profile page - Settings - Account & Security - Manage Devices.
