KIVO.BY ("KIVO") respects intellectual property rights and expects users and partners to do the same.

We may remove or restrict access to content alleged to infringe copyright or related rights where appropriate.

2. Filing a Notice

If you believe content available through KIVO infringes your copyright, your notice should include:

• Your contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• A description or location of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act

3. Review Process

KIVO may review the notice, request additional information, remove or disable access to the content, or take other appropriate action.

We may also notify the affected user or account holder where appropriate and legally permitted.

4. Repeat Infringement

KIVO may suspend or terminate repeat infringers or accounts involved in repeated violations of intellectual property rights.
