Failed to login to Kivo via 2-Step Verification

2-step verification allows you to log in via

confirmation in one of the following ways:

1. Trusted devices (in-app notification)

2. Send SMS to Kivo (Bangladesh only)

3. Answer the test questions. For security purposes, the system will extend the interval if there are too many failed login attempts.

If you are unable to log in using this method, please choose another one.

Note:

1. You can disable two-step verification only on trusted devices.

2. If you enable two-step verification in Kivo international calls and chat, you will not be able to log in to Kivo in the old version.

Update your stable/beta/Kivo HD etc if login error occurs.

3. A trusted device can prevent you from trying to log in from a new device.

If you have lost your trusted device, you can try to sign in by performing a recent contact verification.
