1. Purpose

This Business Partner Code of Conduct sets the baseline standards for suppliers, contractors, consultants, distributors, and other partners working with KIVO.BY ("KIVO").

We expect all partners to act lawfully, ethically, and responsibly in every business relationship connected to KIVO.

2. Legal Compliance

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
• Maintain accurate records and provide truthful information when required
• Observe trade, sanctions, export, tax, labor, and anti-corruption requirements

3. Anti-Corruption and Fair Competition

• Do not offer, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper benefits
• Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts promptly
• Do not engage in collusion, price-fixing, or unfair competition practices

4. Human Rights and Labor Standards

• Prohibit forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking
• Respect freedom of association where protected by law
• Provide fair working conditions, lawful pay, and a safe workplace

5. Information Security and Privacy

• Protect confidential information and use it only for authorized purposes
• Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and contractual requirements

6. Responsible Business Conduct

• Do not use KIVO relationships to support fraud, abuse, illegal services, or prohibited content
• Maintain internal controls appropriate to the nature of your business
• Cooperate with reasonable compliance reviews or due-diligence requests

7. Reporting and Enforcement

If you become aware of conduct that may violate this Code, applicable law, or a KIVO agreement, you must report it without delay.
