How to manage devices

Update Kivo to the latest version for greater security.

If your account is hacked or you are logged in on other devices, you can remove unknown devices yourself. After this, the hacker will not be able to log into your account without the new code.

To manage devices/delete other devices, go to your profile page - [Settings] - [Device Management].

Note:

1. To protect your account, please do not share your verification code with others, do not download an unknown Kivo app from a third party website or group, and do not log into your Kivo on other people's phones.

The Kivo team will never ask you for a verification code.

2. For a security investigation, could you help fill out the [Kivo Security Investigation Form]
