How to search/join a public group
To join a public group, you can open Kivo - Click the magnifying glass button below - Add a group by group ID or group link shared by group members.
If you are unable to join a large group,
possible reasons include:
1. The group is full.
The group owner can remove inactive members or apply to increase the group limit, and then approve you to join the group.
2. If the group owner has set the "Join Management" option to
If set to "Join only by admin invitations", you will need an invitation from the group owner/administrator.
3. If you have been removed by the group owner/administrator, you will need an invitation from the group owner/administrator.
4. If you frequently join large groups or leave the same group twice within 24 hours, please try again after 24 hours.
5. If you have joined 200 groups, leave unnecessary groups and try again.
