How to create one or more public groups
A group allows you to chat with multiple contacts at the same time.
1. To create a public group:
a. You can join a public group
b. Continue to actively participate in the group until your group badge reaches Silver level 1.
c. Create your public group in your contacts list - New Group Chat.
Usually the transition is from bronze 1 to silver 1.
2 takes 2 hours. To apply for additional groups:
Click [New Group Chat] in your contact list - Open - Apply for more. Our colleagues will process your request in a timely manner. This may take several business days.
It is useful to encourage group members to engage in group chat, remove inactive members, invite more friends, send gifts, and expand the group limit.
If your request is not approved, continue to patiently improve your group.
