Sign out of your account automatically
1. You can be removed from your account by another user using your account.
If you are an account holder, you can log in with a verification code from Kivo.
You can update Kivo to the latest version to check your device login information and remove unwanted device through Device Management.
① To find "Device Management", go to your profile page - Settings - Account & Security - Management.
② To remove an unwanted device, you can click the '>' arrow button next to the unwanted device - Delete and confirm.
To protect your account, do not sign in to an unknown device, click on malicious links, reveal the verification code, or disclose other sensitive information.
2. If it keeps showing the wrong phone number, your account is probably suspended due to violations.
Includes:
A. Impersonating an official Kivo account (only an official Kivo account may display “Kivo” in their profile picture or use a name containing “Kivo”); B. sending inappropriate chat messages; C. violated community rules several times.
If a violation has occurred, it cannot be reactivated at this time. Please try registering with a new phone number.
