How to find out if I'm blocked by him/her
To check if your contacts are blocking you, you can refer to the status of calls and messages.
(1) Your partner is offline If the call fails and "your partner is offline" is displayed
and the messages you send to them only show one check, this means the messages were sent but they did not receive your messages.
This could be due to network latency or they may be offline at the moment.
(2) Another reason is that they blocked you.
When your sent messages continue to show only one verification, then you can assume that they have probably blocked you.
They won't receive your messages until they unblock you from their blocked list.
Note:
The blocked notification message has now changed to "Cannot call this user due to his/her privacy settings."
