Received a security alert in a personal chat
"We have detected an unusual login attempt on this account. Please verify this user's identity and be aware of scams."
If a user asks for money, please confirm whether the user is your friend personally.
If a user sends you sensitive images and messages, please help us by reporting it
behavior as below:
- Login to his/her profile page - Click the top right button [ ... ] - Click [Report] and select the reason
Note:
1. If you decide to [report] a user, download the chat history. We will process your complaints as soon as possible.
2. If you can contact your friend through other platforms (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp), you can inform the user about the unusual login on his/her account. Your friend can remove an unusual login using Login Device Management.
