How to send a file
To send media/file/audio to contacts, please
follow these steps:
Open Kivo > open the chat window of the selected contact > Click the + button > Gallery/File > select media/audio/file and send.
By the way, if you want to save the media/file sent by contacts, you can long press on the selected files and download them. They will be saved in a folder on your phone.

Please back up important chats and files from time to time. I store chat history for the last 90 days.
