How to Backup and Restore Chat History
To back up your chat recording and media files, go to [Me] - [Settings] - [Chats] - [Chat Backup].
Back up your chats and media files to your Google account storage. You can restore them after reinstalling Kivo.
Note:
1. Make sure your device supports Google service.
Activate your Google account.
2. Make sure you have free space on your device and Google account.
