I can't hear my voice in voice messages in private chat
1. Turn off other applications that are taking up your microphone in the background of your phone.
2. Check if your microphone/loudspeaker/headphone/Bluetooth is working normally.
You can create music or record a voice note on your device and play it back.
3. Loudspeaker mode is enabled by mistake.
When you turn on speaker mode, an ear icon will appear.
Continue pressing the voice message for more than 1 second - switch to [Speaker Mode].
4. Network problem.
Please try again with a better network.
5. Voice message deleted.
a. The other party has withdrawn its voice message; b. The voice message disappeared after the time set in [Disappearing message]; V. A voice message that is more than 3 months old will expire and be automatically deleted.
