How to change your username

If you want to change your username, For Android: Tap your profile picture > pencil settings button in the top right corner > Username > confirm.

For iPhone: go to profile page > settings > change name > tap “Kivo ID” to change name > enter your username > Save.

If you don't see the new username after changing, you can restart Kivo to update it.

Note:

The username does not support numbers, emojis, or email addresses.
