How to change your password
If you forgot your chat list password,
you can reset it like below:
> Click "..." in the top right corner > "Forget password"
> "Security Check" (Select a frequently encountered contact from the following.) Scene 1: Security check was successful:
Login to the password settings page > Reset password.
Scene 2. Security check failed:
You can uninstall and reinstall Kivo.
But all encrypted chats will be cleared.
When a password is set, a lock icon will appear on the chats page. Click on it to block your Kivo account.
After successful setup, enter your new password to log into Kivo.
Adviсe:
1. For security reasons, the Kivo login password has been disabled from the network.
When logging into Kivo, you do not need a login password.
But after you log out of the Kivo interface and log back into Kivo, for security and privacy reasons, you may see a privacy-locked login interface.
2. The access code is the same as for invisible contacts.
3. The privacy lock switch is located in the top right corner of the chat list.
